Manufacturer coverage

Many Connected & Protected products are manufactured by third parties. Manufacturer warranties, if available, are governed by the manufacturer terms for the specific product.

Warranty service may require proof of purchase, serial number, return authorization, inspection, and confirmation that the issue is covered.

What may not be covered

Warranty coverage may not apply to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, physical damage, water exposure beyond product rating, depleted consumables, normal wear, lost items, connectivity issues, or third-party service outages.

Batteries, accessories, and replacement parts may have separate coverage periods or exclusions.

Support process

Contact Connected & Protected with the order number, product name, serial number if available, photos if helpful, and a clear description of the issue.

We will help determine whether troubleshooting, replacement parts, manufacturer support, exchange, or another support path is appropriate.
