Connected protection products can support alerts, notifications, and monitoring workflows, but they do not guarantee emergency response or life-safety outcomes.

Alerts, monitoring features, emergency contacts, caregiver notifications, location features, and dispatch-related workflows depend on device status, power, internet or cellular coverage, account configuration, service plan status, third-party systems, user behavior, and availability of responders.

Connected & Protected does not guarantee police, fire, EMS, caregiver, professional monitoring, or other emergency response, nor does it guarantee response time, rescue, prevention of injury, or prevention of loss.

Professional monitoring status

Where professional monitoring is offered, the exact service terms, covered devices, emergency contact process, escalation path, and limitations must be confirmed during subscription setup or account onboarding.

If a feature is described as future-ready, monitoring-ready, simulated, demo, pending activation, or subject to setup, it should not be treated as active emergency dispatch service.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for installing and testing devices, keeping contact information current, maintaining power and connectivity, paying subscription fees, responding to setup requests, and understanding product limitations.
