Returns and Refunds

This page explains the baseline return and refund process for Connected & Protected purchases. Final eligibility may depend on the product, subscription, promotion, and order details.

Return requests

Contact Connected & Protected before returning any product. Returned items may require authorization, original packaging, included accessories, and inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

Installed, activated, damaged, missing, special-order, clearance, or subscription-connected items may have different return eligibility.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping, installation, activation, monitoring, cellular, and service fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

Subscription cancellation

Recurring subscriptions or monitoring plans must be cancelled through the applicable account, billing, or support process. Cancelling a subscription may disable device features, monitoring features, cellular connectivity, or support services.

Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges unless a refund is approved under the applicable policy.
